Darryl Frank is Co-President of Amblin Television, where he oversees all development, production and programming for the company. Frank works alongside longtime friend and business partner, Justin Falvey, and the two currently serve as executive producers on all Amblin Television productions, including the critically acclaimed Emmy-nominated series The Americans on FX, American Gothic on CBS, and the upcoming new CBS series Bull, starring Michael Weatherly. Frank also served as executive producer of the Emmy-nominated HBO movie All The Way starring Bryan Cranston.In his 20-year tenure at Amblin Television, some of Frank’s previous credits include executive producing Smash, Under the Dome, Falling Skies, The Borgias, The United States of Tara and Las Vegas.
Vanessa’s achievements are measured in lives changed and community impact. As a philanthropic and charitable leader, she has touched the lives of thousands. Her work at I Have a Dream Foundation focuses on volunteering with elementary students, and developing the garden tower for middle school students, to learn how to grow and harvest vegetables. Vanessa founded and is actively involved in 4sight4children at UCSD, improving the vision of children who would not otherwise has access to procedures. She also volunteers at Joyful Heart, helping the lives of women and children who have been abused. Parent associations at Campbell Hall, Buckley and Stephen S. Wise count themselves as blessed to have had Vanessa’s leadership and creativity. She also wrote a cookbook with 100% of proceeds supporting the LA Regional Food Bank.
Darryl and Vanessa have been married for 18 years, with two beautiful children, Stella 15 ½ and Jeremy 13 ½. They are new champions of the Zimmer, committed to helping families raise “mensch’s,” children and youth who strive to be their best, give back and work to make just the injustices in this world. Vanessa and Darryl have taught their children Stella and Jeremy the value of tzedakah and to embrace charity, and their charge to all of us is “May we all embrace the concept of charity throughout our lives”
